However,my question what are administrators doing in your facility? Are they aware of the stress and burnout among their nurses and if so are they doing anything

Milwaukee-area companies launch creative wellness initiatives 

Milwaukee-area companies are getting creative with their wellness programs, including PPG Industries, which launched a "Beat the Boss" fitness competition and an employee stress relief game. Faith Technologies is running a "Healthy Selfie" initiative that asks employees to post photos on the company's Facebook page of themselves and family members doing healthy activities for a prize drawing, while staff at Bradley Corp. are encouraged to write down something for which they are thankful on the "wall of gratitude" and to take a break in the "rejuvenation station" room.
